  had to wait 20 minutes over the estimated time only for them to get my order wrong. Very dissapointed. The pizza that they did get right tasted just like pizza hut though, so theres that i guess.

  It's good when they get our order right. I no longer get delivery because we always get shorted an item and never reimbursed. I have to go get our order and check it for errors which are inevitable. Still better pizza than pizza factory.

  I would normally rate Pizza Hut with 3 stars but this specific store needs some help with professionalism! Even if it's slow? There are certain things you don't do in front of customers? You don't stand at the register and say someone else will help you, " I've helped the last 3" And you don't count down your register drawer on the register counter, in front of customers and then having to move it when a customer comes up!! It's rude to keep customers on Hold for Longer than 9 min when your playing around and the customer can hear the joking when the order is finally taken!
